AI Features – Terms of Use

1. Scope and Applicability

These AI Features Terms of Use (“AI Terms”) apply to all artificial intelligence-powered features, tools, and functionalities made available on the InvinSource Platform (“AI Features”). These AI Terms form part of and must be read alongside the InvinSource Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

By accessing or using any AI Feature on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these AI Terms in addition to the main Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these AI Terms, you must not use any AI Features on the Platform.

2. Description of AI Features

InvinSource may offer the following AI-powered features on the Platform (as available from time to time):

2.1 AI-Powered Learning Assistance

• Personalised learning path recommendations based on your skill assessments and progress
• AI-generated hints, explanations, and feedback on lab exercises and assessments
• Automated code review and vulnerability analysis within controlled lab environments
• Natural language Q&A assistance to support your learning of cybersecurity concepts

2.2 AI-Driven Assessments and Skill Mapping

• Automated skill assessment and gap analysis tools
• AI-generated practice questions and scenario-based challenges
• Competency scoring and progression tracking

2.3 AI Career and Mentorship Support

• AI-assisted career pathway suggestions based on your learning profile
• Resume and profile review tools powered by AI
• Interview preparation assistance and mock scenarios

2.4 Platform Intelligence Features

• AI-powered content search and recommendation engine
• Automated content moderation and forum monitoring
• Predictive analytics to enhance your learning experience

3. Nature and Limitations of AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge and agree to the following limitations of AI Features:

3.1 AI Content is Not Professional Advice

AI-generated content, recommendations, explanations, and outputs provided through AI Features are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, cybersecurity, career, or employment advice. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for any decision of material consequence.

3.2 Accuracy and Reliability

AI systems, including those used by InvinSource, may produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or contextually inappropriate. InvinSource does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated information before relying on it.

3.3 AI in Cybersecurity Education

AI Features related to cybersecurity techniques, vulnerability analysis, and offensive security tools are provided strictly within InvinSource’s controlled, isolated lab environments for educational purposes only. The use of any AI-generated attack scripts, payloads, exploit code, or techniques outside InvinSource’s designated lab environments is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable cybercrime laws.

4. Acceptable Use of AI Features

When using AI Features, you agree that you will:

1. Use AI Features only for lawful, ethical, and educationally-appropriate purposes within the Platform;
2. Not attempt to manipulate, deceive, or ‘jailbreak’ any AI Feature to produce outputs that violate these AI Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law;
3. Not use AI Features to generate, distribute, or promote content that is harmful, offensive, illegal, or in breach of these Terms;
4. Not use AI-generated code, scripts, exploits, or techniques obtained through AI Features against any real-world system, network, individual, or organisation without explicit written authorisation from the system owner;
5. Not use AI Features to cheat, plagiarise, or gain an unfair advantage in assessments, quizzes, or evaluations on the Platform;
6. Not attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, replicate, or circumvent the underlying AI models or systems used by InvinSource;
7. Not use AI Features in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of InvinSource or any third party;
8. Not input into AI Features any personally identifiable information of third parties, confidential business information, or sensitive data without appropriate authorisation.

5. Your Inputs and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content, queries, prompts, and data (“Inputs”) that you provide to AI Features. You represent and warrant that your Inputs do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party.

InvinSource may retain and analyse Inputs and AI-generated outputs for the purposes of improving the Platform, monitoring for policy violations, and enhancing the quality and safety of AI Features. Please do not share sensitive personal information, confidential data, or proprietary information through AI Features.

6. Intellectual Property in AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs produced through InvinSource’s AI Features (“AI Outputs”) are provided to you for your personal educational use within the Platform. You acknowledge that:

• I Outputs are generated by InvinSource’s AI systems and may not be the subject of independent copyright protection;
• You must not reproduce, publish, distribute, or commercialise AI Outputs without InvinSource’s prior written consent;
• InvinSource retains all rights, title, and interest in the AI systems and models that generate AI Outputs;
• Any improvements, feedback, or corrections you provide regarding AI Outputs may be used by InvinSource to improve its AI systems without compensation to you.

7. AI Moderation and Safety

InvinSource implements safety measures and content filters in its AI Features to prevent the generation of harmful, offensive, or policy-violating outputs. However, InvinSource does not guarantee that AI Features will always produce safe, appropriate, or accurate outputs.

If you encounter AI-generated content that you believe is harmful, inaccurate, or in violation of these Terms, please report it to InvinSource through the Platform’s support channels immediately.

8. Third-Party AI Services

InvinSource may utilise third-party artificial intelligence services and APIs to power AI Features on the Platform. Your use of AI Features may be subject to the terms and policies of such third-party AI service providers in addition to these AI Terms. InvinSource is not responsible for the performance, availability, or outputs of third-party AI systems.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties for AI Features

AI Features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. InvinSource expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to AI Features, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. InvinSource does not warrant that AI Features will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful outputs.

10. Limitation of Liability for AI Features

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InvinSource, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your reliance on AI-generated content, recommendations, or outputs;
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate AI outputs;
• Misuse of AI-generated cybersecurity techniques, code, or tools;
• Any failure, interruption, or unavailability of AI Features;
• Any loss of data resulting from your use of AI Features.

11. Updates to AI Features and These AI Terms

InvinSource reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any AI Feature at any time without prior notice. We may also update these AI Terms from time to time. Continued use of AI Features following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised AI Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These AI Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these AI Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, India, as set out in the main Terms and Conditions.
